About me

Andy Garrett is the GSK global accessibility programme director - Workplace Adjustments Service – enabling employees to request and receive the adjustments/accommodations/accessibility solutions they need to thrive at work, including for working remotely and at GSK locations.  

Andy contributes as subject matter expert into GSK’s global real estate Inclusive Design Standards and accessible workplace experience strategy.

Andy is a member of GSK Global Disability Council (GDC), providing employee voice and disability inclusion expertise into the strategic direction of all disability inclusion workstreams led by the GDC.  

Andy is a [former] global co-lead of GSK Disability Confidence Network employee resource group, still an active member of its steerco. Andy is also a founding ambassador at Purple Space (www.purplespace.org) and leads the Purple [inner] Confidence strategic pillar.
