·         PhD in Public Law and Political Science; Hassan II University, Casablanca.

·         Master's degree in International Relations, Diplomatic Law, and Contemporary Negotiation Techniques; Hassan II University, Casablanca

·         Bachelor's degree in Private Law ; Mohammed V University, Rabat.

II-      FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES                      

·         Member of the Executive Committee of the Istiqlal Party.

·         Parliamentary Advisor on Gender and Human Rights, House of Representatives, Parliament of Morocco. – May 2023 -October 2024

·         Director of the Public Institution FONSAFJS; Ministry of Youth and Sports. 2018-2023

·         Member of Parliament, House of Representatives, Parliament of Morocco -2011-2016

Ø  President of the First Thematic Group on Equality and Parity

·         Director of Women's, Family, and Children's Affairs - Ministry of Social Development, Family, and Solidarity, 2006 –2011

·         Study Coordinator at the State Secretariat for Family, Childhood, and People with Disabilities. 2003- 2006

·         During the period between 2003 and 2018:

1.        Leading the creation of national strategies aimed at gender equality, addressing violence against women, and fostering a culture of equality.

2.        Focal Point for the Arab Women Organization 2006 – 2011

3.        Coordinating the preparation of national reports CEDAW, et Beijing.

4.        Chief Editor of the Equality Bulletin for the Moroccan Center for Information and Documentation on Women. (2005-2007)

5.        Founding President of CEGEPP, Center for Gender Equality Studies and Public Policies in 2014.ONG)
