Tarek Nabulsi

for more than 25 years of work with LAS, he covered a wide portfolio of key issues: terrorism and social development, the Sustainable development plan 2030, rights of people with disability, the technical preparations to Arab summit on Social development also the coordination with the Arab Social Ministerial Council.

He participated as member of the LAS official delegations to the Arab Summits since 2002, and participated in many meetings of the UN General Assembly and organized many side events of the Sidelines of high level UN Segment. He has experiences in various social and development fields and in Arab International relations and with UN agencies, he participated in the preparation of a number of Arab international reports related to the implementation of the Millennium development goals. He Also participated recently as one of the main writers in the first Arab report on multidimensional poverty, and is a member of the main committee that prepares the second report. one of his current important files also represents coordination between the LAS and all UN specialized agencies and regional organizations in social developments fields, as well as his interest in the file of the rights of persons with disabilities through the Council Arab Ministers of Social Affairs and Arab International Cooperation in this field where he delivered many in.
